The entrance of a home is arguably one of the most important features of your property. It’s the first thing guests see upon arrival and should establish the tone for the interior of the home. For this property, we opted for a simple yet elegant lighting installation that sets the stage for the whole motif of the home. The glow from the warm moonlights coupled with the spotlights illuminating the texture of the ornamental trees complements the architectural design of the home and creates an inviting entrance that leaves a lasting impression.
Continuing the relaxed and modern motif set at the front of the home, we used a combination of concealed low-level lighting and downlighting to bring the backyard living space to life. The soft up lights highlighting the edge of the property expand the outdoor space, while the downlighting near the pool defines the areas and ensures use at any hour of the day.
Our favorite part of this project was the private garden designed exclusively for the primary bathroom. Hidden away on the side of the home, we brought this corner to life with soft up lights and spotlights that play with the texture of the landscape and water feature. The low-level path lights ensure easy navigation without distracting from the tranquil environment.
