A majestic event venue in the heart of the city, the arboretum’s beautiful space is used for concerts, weddings, festivals, exhibits and private events.
The destination needed to create beautiful lighting scenes that would help position it as a world-class public venue that promotes the arts and the enjoyment of horticulture and green spaces. They called on Signature Illumination Designs to get the job done.
Our team created beautiful lighting scenes throughout the gardens that allows visitors to enjoy all the features of the gardens, day and night.
Everything we implemented into the design of the garden lighting was specifically selected and installed so visitors could enjoy the walking trails without experiencing any glare and light disturbances.
We used a soft moonlighting technique throughout the gardens. The moonlighting provides a light glow that creates shadows along the walking paths and green space areas that resembles natural light from the moon. These lights shine down from the trees to enhance an array of attractions and botanical features.
In addition to the moonlights, we installed various sized LED uplight fixtures along the pathways and gardens to softly spotlight the botanical exhibits.
