International Plaza
Located just north of downtown Dallas in the heart of Addison, lives one of the most notable office properties in the metro area, the International Plaza. Recognized as an institutional-grade, Class A office complex, this iconic asset has been renovated to include a new outdoor space, the Lake House, settled right on the water. To complete the project, Scott + Reid called on Signature Illumination Designs for a custom lighting solution that would elevate the new building amenity and extend the hours of use.
